These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on boukornine.com.

Our watches are handcrafted and may show slight variations from the photos. Each watch is inspected before dispatch. We reserve the right to modify our catalogue without prior notice.

Prices are displayed in Tunisian dinar (TND) for customers in Tunisia, and in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), or British pounds (GBP) for international customers.

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Boukornine reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.

An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment (card payment) or upon order confirmation (cash on delivery). A confirmation email is sent with your order number.

Boukornine reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock shortage, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

Two payment methods are accepted:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in Tunisia only. You pay in cash upon receipt of your parcel.

• Credit card — via Stripe (256-bit SSL). All currencies and major international cards are accepted. Your card details never pass through our servers.

Tunisia: free delivery throughout Tunisia. Estimated time: 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

International: shipping costs apply depending on destination, displayed at checkout. Estimated time: 3 to 7 business days depending on destination and customs delays.

Delivery times are estimates. Boukornine cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or customs authorities.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Conditions:

• The item must be unworn, in its original condition and complete packaging

• Engraved (personalized) watches are not eligible for return, except in the case of a proven defect

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@boukornine.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for returns from outside Tunisia.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item, via the original payment method.

All our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hidden defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear (strap, glass, battery)

• Damage caused by dropping, unintended water exposure, or impact

• Modifications or repairs carried out by an unauthorized third party

For any warranty claim, contact us at contact@boukornine.com with your order number and a description of the defect.

The engraving service (+80 TND) is final. Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect or error on our part.

You are solely responsible for the content of the engraved text. Boukornine reserves the right to refuse any offensive or unlawful text.

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of Boukornine and is protected by Tunisian and international law. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

These Terms of Sale are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent Tunisian courts shall have jurisdiction.
